Safety first and foremost.
“An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.”
At MWA, we take safety very seriously. We love our employees and our clients and we want to see each of them return every night to their friends and family tired – but uninjured.

Our culture emphasizes three principles that guide our operations:

Discipline

Do the right thing. Every time. All the time. Having the discipline to choose the harder right over the easier wrong is a defining mark of character and we are proud that our team members routinely demonstrate discipline in the service of our clients.

Accountability

If not me, then who? Accountability starts in the mirror and we embrace that. If something is not right, our employees are trained to say something or to fix it. We are accountable to our clients for maintaining a safe work environment.

Sustainability

Regardless of whether its “our job” or not, we want to help our clients create and sustain a safe environment for their operation. We do our part to make sure that our operations can continue in safe and efficient manner.

Drug and alcohol-free workplace

In addition to the above, MWA invests in a culture of safety by requiring a drug and alcohol-free workplace. Every employee must pass periodic screenings for controlled substances. We perform routine maintenance on our trucks and equipment and our fleet is outfitted with the latest GPS equipment.
“We are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of customer service in a safe, accountable and sustainable way. Safety is not just about how we conduct business. Safety is our business.”
